Purchasing from Freego China, there are several delivery methods.

EX Works (EXW). It means Freego (as a seller) delivers goods at his factory, the buyer needs to send his shipping agent to Freego factory to pick up the goods.

Freego is not responsible for any expenses or charges and the buyer needs to pick up the goods from the factory.  Most big buyers who buy full containers usually do this way.

FOB Shenzhen. Free on board. It means Freego must deliver the goods to Shenzhen seaport and pay the truck and all expenses (declaration cost, documents fee, shipping).

The buyer just needs to pay the shipping cost from the China border to his warehouse. After the container leaves the China boarder, Freego’s responsibility is finished. Once goods is missing or damaged or the ship is sunk, it is not Freego’s responsibility.

CIF: Cost, Insurance, and Freight. It means Freego should deliver goods to the buyer’s seaport and Freego needs to pay all shipping costs and expenses before the goods arrive at the buyer’s local seaport.

NOTE: Once the cargo is missing or damaged, Freego should be responsible for it.
